Join us for a community Self-Massage Workshop at Samadhi Yoga Center.

This fun, useful class is designed to show you how you can easily release tension, aches and restrictions from your body using simple, everyday tools. You’ll learn techniques for the whole body; from your toes to your nose. The techniques are designed to go beyond just a “feel good” experience; this is deep bodywork intended to release congestion and pain, and provide you with more energy, flexibility, and range of motion.

Massage is an ancient healing art that has been used for centuries to help people relax and recover from injuries. Regular massage can increase your health in many ways – it restores and tightens the skin, improves digestion, reduces stress, prevents injury, stimulates blood and lymph flow, increases range of motion and much more.

People walk out of this workshop feeling amazed at how much better they feel and how easy it is to do.

As a bonus, this workshop will also include Amy’s Top 10 Thai Massage Stretches.

Open to EVERYONE and all experience levels.

Amy Baglan is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Thai massage who has trained with master teachers in both Thailand and the US. She is also an experienced Principle-Based Partner Yoga™ teacher and the founder of YogaDates, a national series of yoga events for singles and couples.
